Conscious Coffee & Curated Compositions at Bump n’ Grind
Love tunes and caffeine? Check out Bump n’ Grind. This local coffee shop slash music venue aims to support global coffee producers and local musicians. They provide economic opportunity through showcasing the bands and beans they believe in!
First, let’s talk about the coffee. They only source what they call conscientious coffee. This means they only work with farms that use sustainable and socially responsible practices in their production. As a result, you’ll find over 85 top-grade beans coming from right here in Maryland, as well as Peru, Honduras, and beyond. All beans are micro-roasted in-house for smooth flavors you won’t find in your average cup o’ joe.
Now for the music. They have weekly music drops through “The Club”, their membership group. Plus, they have an in-house record store. The Club features local musicians and gives them a new way to distribute their music via a monthly membership subscription from locals who love supporting good tunes. You can get a bag of coffee and a fresh drop of a local artist’s most recent composition for only $8. Supporting a business like this feels good.
Pop in this week to see what they have going on!
