The Eleanor Bowling Lounge, Bar & Grille is a comfortable, casual dining and drinking establishment in Silver Spring! The Eleanor serves handmade, tasty eats, craft cocktails, local beers, and great wines in their indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The establishment’s brunch menu, featuring items like huevos rancheros and pancakes, is served from 11 am. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Happy Hour, with $6 wines by the glass, $6 single mix rails, $6 house margaritas, and other drink and food deals, runs from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
The Eleanor has roots in DC and opened its Silver Spring location in early 2020. Owner and chef Adam Stein serves cuisine inspired by his shore-side childhood, with bites like oysters, the po’ boy sandwich, blackened shrimp fettuccine, house kimchee, and more. The restaurant/bar/lounge is clean and inviting, and the neighborhood arcade and bowling lounge has skee ball, mini bowling, and many other games.
